    I was pulling parts off the today and the whole time I thought it was a Gen 6 block. I pulled it from a 99 chevy suburban.But even some early performance engines switched to a full floating arrangement with a bushing in the small end of the rod.

    3rd: and last question, which would be the best move buy the gen 5 or 6 and build it__________OR have a 2 bolt main converted over to a 4.I understood it was kind of the best of both worlds and that the was based off this block that GM sells.
